ঠাকুরগাঁওয়ে বঙ্গবন্ধু শেখ মুজিবুর রহমানের ১০২তম জন্মবার্ষিকী পালন
বঙ্গবন্ধু শেখ মুজিবুর রহমানের ১০২তম জন্মবার্ষিকী গড়েয়া এস সি বহুমুখী উচ্চ বিদ্যালয়ে যথাযোগ্য মর্যাদায় পালিত।
ঠাকুরগাঁও সদর উপজেলার ঐতিহ্যবাহী গড়েয়া এস, সি বহুমুখী উচ্চ বিদ্যালয়ে বাঙালি জাতির মুক্তির মহানায়কের জন্মবার্ষিকীতে দিনটি যথাযোগ্য মর্যাদায় পালন করা হয় ।
এ উপলক্ষে গড়েয়া উচ্চ বিদ্যালয়ের অফিস কক্ষে প্রধান শিক্ষক জনাব মোঃ ওয়াহিদুল ইসলাম ও বিদ্যালয়ে ম্যানেজিং কমিটির সম্মানিত সভাপতি ও ঠাকুরগাঁও জেলা স্বেচ্ছাসেবক লীগের সভাপতি জনাব মোঃ নজমুল হুদা শাহ্ এ্যাপোলোসহ। স্কুলের অভিভাবক সদস্য, সকল শিক্ষক/শিক্ষিকা ও কর্মচারীগন উপস্থিত ছিলেন।
এ দিনটি চির স্মরণীয় করে রাখতে বিদ্যালয়ের ম্যানেজিং কমিটির সভাপতির নিজ উদ্যোগে ছাত্র/ছাত্রীদের মাঝে মাক্স ও চকলেট বিতরণ করেন।
সকল শিক্ষক,ছাত্র/ছাত্রীদের নিয়ে প্রথমে বঙ্গবন্ধুর মূর্যালে শ্রদ্ধাঞ্জলি অর্পন করেন। তারপর কেক কেটে সংক্ষিপ্ত বক্তব্যের পর মোনাজাতের মাধ্যমে অনুষ্ঠান সমাপ্তি করা হয়।
বক্তব্যে সভাপতি নজমুল হুদা শাহ্ এ্যাপোলো বলেন, বাঙালি জাতির অবিসংবাদিত এই নেতা ১৯২০ সালের এই দিনে গোপালগঞ্জ জেলার টুঙ্গিপাড়ার এক সম্ভ্রান্ত মুসলিম পরিবারে জন্মগ্রহণ করেন। বাঙালি জাতির জীবনে স্বাধীনতা দিবস একই সঙ্গে আনন্দ ও বেদনার দিন। বায়ান্নর রাষ্ট্রভাষা আন্দোলনের মধ্য দিয়ে যে স্বাধিকারের চেতনার উন্মেষ ঘটেছিল। বঙ্গবন্ধুর সম্পর্কে জানতে “বঙ্গবন্ধুর জীবনী” বইটি সকল শিক্ষক,শিক্ষিকা ও শিক্ষার্থীদের একবার করে হলেও পড়ার জন্য তিনি আহ্বান জানান।
